TCU are used for heating and hot water supply

The TCU case is an all-metal insulated fire-safe module with sandwich panels. All technological equipment is located in a factory-made block module and includes:

• hot-water automatic boilers with blast burners;
• circulation pumps to ensure water circulation in the heating system;
• heat exchangers;
• heat supply system;
• coolant discharge system; boiler gas supply system;
• exhaust gas exhaust system;
• safety and regulation automation system;
• devices for monitoring and accounting of coolant parameters;
• actuators of the automation system;
• water treatment system.

The door of the unit has a lockable lock and is equipped with an alarm system. Windows with an area of 0.8 m2 each with a glass thickness of 3 mm for natural lighting and louvered grilles are installed in the walls, which together with a deflector on the roof provide supply and exhaust ventilation with 3-fold air exchange for 1 hour.
